Continuing what’s shaping up to be a theme for the week, Indians closer Joe Borowski blew a save opportunity last night by giving up a walk-off grand slam to Torii Hunter, who had already hit a solo home run in the eighth inning (just to be clear, that’s 2 runs, 2 home runs, and 5 RBI Hunter added to fantasy teams last night). Spectacular as this game was, giving up runs in the ninth is something all owners of Borowski should be prepared for; he led the AL with 45 saves last season while also posting a 5.07 ERA.

Also in the game, Víctor Martínez returned to the Indians lineup after missing a week with a strained left hamstring. He went two-for-four with an RBI.
