Maggs went three-for-four with a solo shot and a three-run dinger, bringing his season average to .294, his HR total to five, and his RBI total to fourteen. Curtis Granderson, Brandon Inge, and Ryan Raburn hit the other home runs for Detroit, all solo home runs, while Michael Young hit a solo shot of his own for Texas.
