For those who are interested, our friends at Razzball.com analyzed Juan Pierre’s loss of his starting job.

Losing his job may have a great effect on his power numbers. Rudy Gamble at Razzball.com wrote this excellent analysis of how his power numbers will be affected by the loss of his job.

Those readers who were counting on Pierre for one homerun may be disappointed; the new estimate from Razzball.com is:

Original estimates: 615 AB, 0.6 HR, 43 RBI
Revised estimates: 350 AB, 0.5 HR, 24 RBI

    Pat,

Could you dedicate a post to the choice between Cueto and Kershaw that many owners with #1 waiver priority in keeper leagues are now facing? I’m looking for the better player over the next 4 years and I was leaning toward Kershaw until this. Now I’m second guessing myself and I’m sure I’m not alone. This seems like a hot button fantasy issue deserving of a post. Thanks Patrick.
