Todd and crew just couldn’t go more than a week without having me on the True Gurus Show, so I’ll be making a guest appearance on tonight’s show airing at 9 PM EST. We’ll be discussing the use of sabermetrics vs. simply using your gut and other methods for projecting player performance in fantasy baseball. I, of course, will be the ambassador for the sabermetrics side, which is sure to lead to some hot debate and exciting radio. Be sure to listen in live or tomorrow while bored at work. And don’t be afraid to call in to support me, as there will probably be no shortage of disagreers (apparently I just made that word up, which begs the question of why it doesn’t exist in the first place…shouldn’t there be a noun version of disagree? ya know, like a person who disagrees is a disagreer!).

I listened and you are a smart guy!!!! The funniest part of the show was that the others did not know how much you were outclassing them!!! I have to be honest I would not let you on the show again.

I don’t know about the option part, but I think Delgado’s stats are going to live up to your “are you crazy?!” predictions. He is seeing the ball now…he was guessing (and guessing wrong) for a season and a half. I’m glad to see him back!
